Fun day! Fun day!
Today is Friday!! But tt's not the point. Today is X-Ctry(its cross country, nt some bad acronym) day! But let's start frm the beginning. So today was another day of mass lectures, but there was PE! So we played handball instead of running cos gt x-ctry in the afternoon. Those hu pon missed out =D So me ry nicholas edwin serene n one other guy was in the same team. N we played. N sadly, we gt thrashed T_T (joey u had to mention tis in ur blog -.-) Then 5 mins later, jay n the others played. They too gt thrashed TT_TT (joey u had to mention tis too -_-) So in the end, the BBSS ppl won.( im 100% sure they played tis b4) Then 5 mins later, the winning teams play, then the remaining time, we played (yayayaya the losing teams) Then when edwin was going to throw the ball into the goal, jay, instead of going to save the ball, dodged the ball n shouted,"BU YAO ZHAM WO!" meaning, dun slam the ball into me!! Edwin's ball is like a cannonball lol. N serene sprained her ankle during the game which made everyone worry for her n help her.
So after tt went for 1.5hrs break then GP. After tt we rotted(yes, rotted) in the canteen till 3pm then we changed n went to assemble for x-ctry. So we assembled n waited for it to start. There were warm-up first then it finally started. I ran with kenneth n ry at first, n was doing fine for the first few hundred metres. Then kenneth shoe lace came loose n lagged behind to tie his shoe lace. Then its my turn to tie my shoelace n lag behind -_- So i saw kenneth run past me n i gt up n start to run. I ran for abt another 50 metres then suddenly kena stitch. So i tried to endure n ran for another 40-50 metres. Then the stitch became too serious tt i had to stop. So i stopped n walked n walked as scores of ppl ran past me. Then i ran again n stopped again. Tis continued for the rest of the run =( So i completed in abt 30-40 mins, nt very gd. Then when i reached the school, i found out frm ry tt serene came in 18(tink so). Tt crazy girl ran like crazy despite having a sprained ankle -_-
Then after tt we all rotted arnd n after the prize presentation ceremony we all had dance =D First mass dance, then fun dance. Then when we were ready with our partners for the cute dance, they played the tokyo drift song -_- Then we all sian diao, so i went home with ray jielun raph zhentao yoges thrina n jingjie(ry had beta outing. Wonder when there will be an Alpha outing) Going to run at woodlands stadium tmr with raph. Mus train up for NAPFA =D

Haiz... jus realised tt from the start of the year since pae till now, i haven't done a single piece of homework... Cos nobody will hound after u, then i wun bother to do it.. Mus start getting serious now, can't slack slack anymore.. Now i can still folo the lectures, but i scared tt if i dun start doing my work, i will get very lost soon. Tink i will start from the ogl reflections. Though nt really a piece of homework, it can help my hand get used to writing again. I miss being an ogl =( I miss orientation. The fun tt we had with our own og, with our clans, during the campfire, n most importantly, with our frens, be it old frens or new frens. They felt so gd! Mus be ogl next year =) Let's all be ogls tgt =D

nth really much to blog nowadays.. sch for now is generally enjoyable, cos we now onli mass lectures, quite slack. N oso always can sit with frens in lectures.. But i hope tt sch life after march hols will still continue to be enjoyable. Got into MCP0, in other words, H2 Maths Chem Physics n H1 General studies in chi. Any1 else haf the same combi? So far i tink onli sherley same as me lol. So far physics hs been easy to understand, hope tt i didnt make the wrong choise by changing to physics. Sry for the short post but i really haf to nth to blog abt for now, so bb!

ORIENTATION WAS FUN!!
Being an ogl was fun too!! PJC had orientation frm wednesday to friday. Was a very fun experience. Tink im going to be ogl for next year's orientation too. At first i didn't think tt i wld be able to be a gd ogl, but i tink managed to pull through in the end. There were a few ppl hu didnt wan to be with the og n kept running off, but the remaining ppl were gd. We all had fun =D
ALPHA ALPHA ALPHA ALPHA ALL THE WAY!!!
First day was the ice-breaking day.At first we had abt 2-3 hours of talk, so evryone was nt tt enthu, but things gt on quite well when we had our own og time n we started to interact with each other. At least some of the unfamiliarity was gone. After tt was the cheer n songs session where all 6 clans were gathered in the hall. It seemed like the ogls were the onli ppl hu were high, cos evrybody was like staring with us while we cheered n sang n cheered n sang. Btw pjc has very nice songs n cheers =D Although they foloed our instructions when we asked them to squeeze n move to the front, they will jus sit there n stare at us cheering n singing-__- Guess its normal since its the first day n ppl are still unfamiliar with each other. Then there was the college tour, which was quite a boring part, but i tink we still did fine. Evryone was released on 6.30 on the first day except for the student leaders i.e. the O2 comm, the ogls, the sc/scap attachees. We had another debrief after they left which eventually ended at 7+. Although we were released very late, i dun feel any anguish or ill-feelings towards the teachers, cos during the debrief, i felt tt wat the teachers said brought us closer tgt. Reached home at abt 8.30 then bathed, ate, n went to bed.
Second day, the 'highlight' of the orientation. We had station games n the dances. At first there were abt 2 hours of talks, then a break. After the break, clans Alpha, Beta, n Delta learnt to dance the fun dance n the cute dance. They were all quite shy n didn't respond really well to the dance section. All of them were like jus moving their hands n legs n bodies around very subtly, which made them look like they were very tired, even though this was the first event of the day. But i tot the ogls did a gd job as thru our very enthu n very high dancing the new J1s started to respond better, which was supposed to be the case since the dances were really really fun! After tt was station games. Station games was very fun, since the og was quite bonded tgt n evryone had fun tgt. U cld see tt the whole og was having fun since we were all running frm station to station n we wld all think of how to accomplish the tasks given to us. Then, there was the war games. Throughout the whole day, i was hoping tt the war games wld nt be screwed up, n fortunately, it didn't. Gd thing now tt they haf a proper briefing on the rules n safety issues. So overall it was fun, but i pity Gamma n Theta. They were ostracized by the other 4 clans which formed an alliance to attack these 2 clans. So they were thrashed. Because of this alliance, Alpha had a brilliant plan tt won us the war game. The war game was played with water bombs, n the aim of the game was to make the other clans' 25 "newspaper warriors" as wet as possible. The "newspaper warriors" stood within a boundary tt nobody can cross. So when the game started, the whole of Alpha crowded arnd the boundary n blocked any water bombs tt came. Although we onli blocked a few out of abt 20, our newspaper warriors were still quite dry compared to the others. When the other 5 clans finished their water bombs, the whole of Alpha chionged Gamma. From my point of view, in the midst of all the flying bombs, i wld describe the scene as epic. So we won the war games. WOOOOOHOOOOOOO
Then the 3rd day a.k.a yesterday. Had another hour of talk, then it was the principal's dialogue with students. The funny thing is, over half of the qns asked yesterday was exactly the same as wat was asked in O1(orientation 1). A few qns even used the exact same words in the exact same order lol. There was a boy tt asked tis qn tt gt timothy hu was sitting beside very mad. Note: the ogls were rite at the back n talking or reading magazines n whatnot. I was playing rubik's cube lol. Timothy is the head of the O2 comm. The boy said tis," I wld like to point out tt the sch seems to be encouraging BGR because we had to partner someone of the opposite sex in the dances." Tis gt Timothy so agitated tt he was cursing uder his breathe n he made tis comment tt i tot to be amusing," U dun wan to partner with the someone of the opposite sex, u gay ar. I dunnoe dance with how many thousand girls n none of them was my girlfriend." He stood up, but nobody really noticed since we were rite at the back. He was prepared to rush to the mike if Mrs Tan(the principal) did nt gif a satisfactory answer. However, he cld rush to the mike since Mrs Tan alrdy thrashed the boy for him. Mrs Tan said smth like tis," Judging frm wat u jus said i reckon tt u are frm a boy's sch am i rite? There haf been ppl hu tried to set up an all boys or all girls jc but they haf all failed to pass moe. This is because the jc system is preparing u for university, n u all will haf to interact with members of the opposite sex in the university. If we still let u all avoid members of the opposite sex, then how will u all survive in university? Since u are frm a boy's sch, u may start imagining things when u hold a girl's hand during the dances, but u haf to know tt tis is so tt u all can haf a healthy relatioship between members of the opposite sex, because tis college is against BGR. Does tt answer ur concern?" N the boy cld onli sit there n nod his head lol.
So after the dialogue was a break n then the mass dance session, where the new J1s wld haf to learn the mass dance. I can see tt my og was quite willing to dance now since they cld folo the steps properly. Then it was lunch n after tt og time. We originally agreed with og2 to combine a massive 20+ ppl murderer, but due to time n space constraints tis was canceled =( In the end we onli played mafia, which was very boring -_- Gd thing i went away to look for og2 when they started so i didnt need to play. So when i came bac, they were halfway through the game, so i jus sat down with one of the guys in my og hu were supposed to be dead n chatted away. Then another guy beside me oso died, so the 3 of us jus talked n talked n talked, until it was the time for the songs n cheers session, to refresh the memory of the new J1s. Then it was clan time, where we were jumping anrd n cheering n singing to try to get make the clan high. In the end, onli abt half the clan was high -_- Then after tt we had dinner then it was campfire. When the session started, all the clans n the emcees were having a cheer competition n bombing spree while waiting for mrs tan to arrive. Then when she arrived, the acms(assistant clan masters) started their skit which will eventually lead to the lighting of the campfire by mrs tan. When mrs tan lit the string which were eventually lead to the fire, we were expecting a rapid burning of the string tt wld light the fire in a blast. However, the string burned really slowly. So much so tt yang yi had to light up both the whole string n the campfire with another torch. Then when the campfire was lit, the clan performances started. At first was our clan, Alpha, which had the theme rain dance. Beta had the theme cosmic waves, Delta had the theme ocean blue, Gamma had the theme jungle fever, Sigma had the theme fire rap n Theta had the theme oriental mist.
Our clan interpreted the theme in a very lame/creative way. Our rain dance was a dance to a song by Rain the korean singer. This means tt we did a rain dance without including a single drop of rain inside. Somehow, our rain dance was so successful tt indeed it started to rain abt 30min later, while Delta was still doing their dance. So all of us ran to the hall n continued there. At first i tot tt it wld not be fun anymore but i was wrong.
When we all settled down in the hall (nt entirely true, afterall, hu will really settle down during a campfire?) Delta did their performance again. Actually the rain was a gd thing, cos we were all sitting very close tgt n the high spirit spreaded very quikly. Also, the ogls of Alpha gt an excellent view as we were rite in front of the stage n i was even sitting on the steps of the stage to watch the performance. Saw 3-4 riversidians on stage, but i onli recognised liping n nandhini dancing for gamma. Even though it was supposed to be 'jungle fever' nandhini's dance had a bhangra feel to it lol. But they chose the correct song. Forgot wats the title, but it was the tarzan song by toybox (for those hu doesn't rmbr, try to recall tis: O YO E YO YO E YO E YO E YEAH, I am tarzan the jungle man, u can be my fren) When ever the song reached the jungle call, the whole hall wld sing along. After all the performances, it was the prize ceremony. Coincidentally(or not), there were six bags of goodies to be given off n all 6 clans won a bag. After the ceremony, Delta, hu won the best performance award, was called bac on stage to perform again. Since they using the song under the sea, evryone wld start singing UNDER THE SEA whn the chorus came. Then after they finished their performance, there was another string of cheering n dancing n singing. Gamme even gt an encore performance cos the AV ppl played the tarzan song after playing the chipmunk's witchdoctor (the song for the cute dance). So ppl started jumping arnd whenever the chorus came.
After the performance, we all danced the fun dance, cute dance, n mass dance again n again. Me n joey (Alpha scap attachee) were jumpin around n around for the dances lol. Even for steps tt did nt require any jumping, we were jumping n hopping lol. Then after all the dancing, we watched a photo montage made by the AV ppl. Then we sang a college anthem n non-pjc song 'true', which was very nice. Then the campfire was ended(metaphorically, since the actual fire was doused by the rain abt 2-3 hours ago) at arnd 9.30 but ppl still lingered arnd until abt 9.45. Then the student leaders had a debrief for the orientation. The ogls were given a chance to talk abt their feelings of the orientation, n it was a heart warming session since 'thank you's were flying evrywhere n evry comment was positive. I think tis made all of us feel like a big family. Then the teachers also said their feelings n after tt mrs tan came frm the parents conference to address us. She encouraged us n thanked us all for making the orientation a great success n told us abt all the positive comments she has been receiving abt the orientation. Thus, the day ended with a cheer(or a few cheers) n we all went home with a warm n satisfying feeling in their hearts (at least for me).

Nowadays cant really blog much liao, so dun expect to see frequent updates here. Now damn tired, cos of the ogl camp. But i must admit, it was seriously fun!! So those who are coming for pjc, be prepared for a whole lot of fun!! Plus u all get to learn a very fun dance!! Lol i sound like an advertisement. Quite looking forward to the orientation... Nvr been an ogl b4, but frm wat i experienced frm the ogl camp, being an ogl shd be alot of fun. For those going pj, u usually haf to reach sch by 7.40, but preferably by 7.30. It takes abt 40mins to reach pj frm cwp, so plan ur time properly.
Yesterday went to buy pj uniform at bibi & baba in orchard with ry yoges jielun n thrina. Yes they dun sell the uniforms in sch. U haf to go all the way there to buy it. Then after tt went queensway to buy shorts for PE. U haf to wear ur own shorts for pe. No sch shorts. Then went pj for clan meeting. Then went bac home at woodlands. So in short, yesterday was a day of "Around Singapore in approxiamtely 7 hours." Walked until my feet was aching -_-
Today went to watch jumper with the same gang as yesterday at AMK hub. Was a very nice movie with very beautiful effects. The story wld haf been better if it explained more, but it was still gd. After the movie, yoges was like," ohh hayden kristensen(dunnoe whether i spelt it rite) is very hot~~" -_- Apparently she has jus spent $6 to stare at a guy for 1.5 hr... Then went around AMK hub n later on cwp to eat lunch n help ry find a wallet n accompany ry on his quest to make his clan the most annoying clan in pjc (for those hu dunnoe but is coming to pj, u will see wat i mean) After tt me n jielun walked home. Btw while waiting for the others at cwp, we saw esther n she had a rock star hairstyle O.O Oso saw ml with her fren at AMK hub. Btw i finally memorised all the algorithms needed to solve the rubik's cube YAY. Ya i took the easy way out to solve the cube. Was too lazy to think lol.

Tmr going to OGL camp. Long time since i had a camp. Hope it will be fun. Yes i became an OGL xD I will try my best to ba a gd OGL! Sian.. Still haf to pack.. Bought a pair of shorts at sportslink for $16.90 today. Dunnoe whether tt's cheap or nt. But nvm. I nid it anyway. For those coming to pj, it wld be gd to noe tt pj onli has pe shirt, no shorts, so u haf to wear ur own shorts. Dark coloured shorts. JAE results coming out soon. I wish tt evryone can go wherever they wan, be it poly or jc, n even if u cant get into wat u wan(touch wood), ur appealling will work!

didnt go to sch today, cos was sick... Been having stomach problems since cny eve... This means tt i was sick thru-out tis 5 days... Sian...
Nt much happened.. First day of cny father's side relative come. Then play blackjack, won $16. My cousins won $90+ n $70+ by being banker -_-Then at night went to watch kung fu dunk with abel jj nerd ry minghao andy n waner. The show was quite gd. Lots of action n dunking. Feel like watching the show again with the free movie pass frm prom, Any1 interested? Then after tt went jj hse to play mahjong n cards. At first play mahjong without money, but mahjong can onli 4 ppl play, so we switched to blackjack. I won n lost n won n lost. In the end, i lost................................... a whopping $1!!! Then they wanted to slp. I was supposed to wake kenneth up at 5.30am to go home tgt. But then he dun wan to wake up, then i went home first. Then later on abel told me tt they went home at 10 in the morning n they gt a $10 angpao!!!
Then second day, i went to my maternal grandmother's hse. Played cards the whole day but lost $12 there T_T Didn't do much.. Then 3rd day went mrs pang's( yes, the ex-principal) hse with all the yunnan ppl. Oso didnt do much there. ABEL Y DIDNT U ASK ME FOR THE MOVIE EARLIER??!! It wld haf been much more fun there. Anyway one of us asked y mrs pang left the school. Turns out she has alrdy been headhunted by some international corporation tt oversees a global network of international schools n other things for 3 years alrdy. She kept saying no but she eventually gave in. The company offered evryth tt moe offered her n more. Hu knew tt mrs pang was so sought after lol. Now she's the director of the global network of international schools.
Then 4th day of cny my mother's side relatives came. Tis time i didntt play cards. Dun wan lose anymore xD. So whole day stone in front of the computer(s) with my cousins n play play play.

PJC TMR U BETTER RELEASE ME EARLY. IF I CANT GET TO MEET MY SEC SCH TEACHERS U ARE SO SCREWED.
Tmr cny eve! Going bac to rs to see mdm ho n the other teachers =D Really miss them very much. They haf smth very important tt the pjc teachers dun haf. All in all, they make sec sch fun =D So bloody pjc u better make ur cny concert short n release us early. Best tt u release us at 9.30, then go bac jus nice 10 can visit teachers. Btw did u noe tt they allow u to wear home clothes to pjc for the cny concert, jus nth too revealing n obscene. Nvm tt. Tink i still going to wear sch uniform there since ry n the others all wearing sch uniform.
Today we all went to pastamania(again) to haf pasta(wat else?). Finally finished trying all 5 kinds of pasta sold in pastamania. Now im sick of pastamania alrdy, jus the tot of it n i feel sick -_-<--- probably gd news to ray n the others. Then we accompanied ryloo n jielun to buy their cny clothes(yes, they haven't bought it yet) So we walked arnd the whole of causeway point finding clothes. Most(maybe ALL) of their clothes came frm sportslink n ray gt an additional green shirt frm sportslink too. Then i tot tt i shd oso buy some shorts for the ogl thing n for normal pe lessons. pjc does nt haf any pe shorts, jus the shirt. Any shorts is allowed as long as its dark coloured. So i tried to dig for a dark coloured pair of shorts in the pile of shorts n shirts in sportslink, but i cant find anyth =( Then we went to Royal Sporting House to look for somemore clothes. Then i saw a pair of shorts tt is ideal for pe. Then i looked at the price tag n i got the shock(note:shock) of my life. The pair of shorts costs a whopping $39.95! Call me un informed or anyth else u can tink of but tt is very expensive. I tried to search for other pairs of shorts but they cost the same T_T Hu wld haf tot it wld be tt hard to buy a pair of shorts... We went to many many many shops, but they onli bought frm clothes sportslink -_-
Is any of u going for the pool/bowling/kbox(waner suggested tis one) tmr? We cld all go then play until afternoon then evryone can go bac for their reunion dinners. So i hope many ppl will go =D Off to play dota now!

Yesterday was a fun day!
1st half (school):
HAHAHAHA MY GP TEACHER NVR COME AGAIN. Got an extra one hour break. Since she nvr come i dunnid to go to the classroom, so i went to cafe. Met ryloo, yoges n pau xian(tink i spelt it rite) there. Turns out its also their break time n its also one hour long. So we sat there n ate n chat until 10, then we made our way to LT4 for econs lecture.
After tt all was normal, so fast forward to the last lesson of the day: chem practical(tutorial).
As i reached the chem lab from LT3(maths), i saw tt half the class has reached. So i took out my things n went inside n sat down. Then i noticed mr tong's face. Normally i wld haf seen a smiling face hu is talking to one of us. But this time i saw a very stern face.
Then he said,"Where's the rest?"
*silence*
"I asked a question and it comes with an answer; Where's the rest?"
Then i said(since i was sitting rite at the front)," Dunnoe"
"What were u all having b4 tis? Break?"
"Maths lecture"
"Then y did I see some of u in the canteen jus now?"
Evryone was like, "Someone's gonna die now." 5 minutes later, the other half of the class came in. Lesson was supposed to start at 12.30. There was a 5 minutes travelling allowance, but tt half of the class arrived 15 minutes late. U can imagine wat happened. He asked them where they went, then they came in, sat down. Then mr tong asked the person who ponned lecture y he didnt go for lectures n he said,"I didn't feel like it la."<--- Excellent reply -_- Then for the rest of the tutorial Mr tong jus talked for 30 minutes(none of it was regarding chemistry) n then he said," Since some of u want to do wat u all feel like, tell me wat u all want to do n we'll do it." Then there was abt 10 minutes of silence, then he said," U all jus do watever u all wan to do. Go toilet, go canteen buy drinks -jus rmbr to come bac, since lesson hasn'nt ended yet- chat with ur frens, up to u." Then ppl started to go out of the lab n to the toilet. I jus sat there n did the tutorials tt i didn't do, n 5 minutes later, at 1.30pm, he released us(lesson was supposed to end at 2). So i jus went out of the lab, called zp's hp (kenneth picked up the phone, wonder y he picked up the phone instead of zp), told him tt i will be going for the pool n rushed home to get changed.
2nd half(Play!!):
I took the bus to causeway point, bought a cup of bubble tea frm cwp, and a zha ji pai(chicken cutlet cut into small pieces n flavoured with chilli powder, then put in a paper bag) frm the pasar malam beside cwp for my lunch. Then i rushed home, bathed n changed, then rushed bac out to orchard cineleisure for pool =D
When i jus reached, LiPing n JingJie was playing 1v1. Then i got kenneth to open up another table to play 1v1. Then we started playing. Kenneth was abit off form yesterday, cos i won him a few times n there was once where he sinked the black ball jus a few turns into the game (sinking the black ball without sinking all the other balls first means u lose). There was a very tyco round where i sinked 4 balls in a row right at the start(after breaking) n kenneth was like," you bi yao ma?" (Must u do tis?)LOL . N i lost to Liping 2-1 (NOOOOOOOOO). One day, i will even it out. Then we play play play then we go Tangs look for Kim Siong(Another Jin Xiang =D). Turns out tt he was promoting/selling perfumes. Then we talk talk talk then Kim Siong let u jingjie n zp try the samples. There were perfumes tt smelt like Fuji Apple n Mango -_- Not long into the future there probably be perfumes tt smell like durian LOL.
Then after tt we went Chong Pang to eat. We ordered a few dishes n 5 plates of rice. When the rice came, it was in a heart shape like tis:
Evryone was like, SO CUTE, when they saw the shape the rice was arranged in. One of the dishes tt we ordered was called San Wei Yu Pian (Roughly translates to Triple Flavoured Fish Slices) At firstr we tot tt it wld taste decent, if nt nice. But turns out it tastes like fish slices in rojak -_- So we jus ate while chatting n watching the TV in the coffeshop. Then after we finished eating, we payed the bill n then kenneth had to rush home. So the rest of us walked jingjie home. After tt me liping n zp took mrt to cwp, then i foloed zp to send liping home. After she took the lift up, me n zp started to walk home, since we live near each other. The area arnd liping's block was very beautiful at night. It had a tranquil feel to it. Very nice. So me n zp talked n talked n talked while walking home. Then when we walked to zp's block, i realised tt i wld pass his block at least twice a week. I passed it so many times n i haf nvr seen him there at all lol. I was surprised at how much tt we had to tok abt, frm cloverfield to the mist to planning an overseas trip to genting for all of us a few years later. Then he foloed me to my block to see where i live. N while walking there, he demonstrated how high he cld jump by jumping over a structure tt was abt 1.2-1.3 metres high. WOW. He cld join Team Singapore.
Yesterday was a VERY FUN day. Wonder when we will be going out for pool again.
P.S. In case u all didn't noe, the post abt Operation G.B.P was a lame n retarded post which had onli one purpose. To make my blog post look longer xD So dun bother to go n flame it.
